Qualifications:
1.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
2.
Reliable and able to accurately follow instructions/ directions.
3.
Handle confidentiality with professionalism.
4.
Experience working in Human Resources, preferred.
5.
Excellent office technology skills:
Microsoft Office and Google.
6.
Social Media management experience.
7.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or equivalent experience, preferred.
8.
Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal alien status.
REPORTS TO:
Superintendent of Schools or Designee.
JOB GOAL:
The Human Resources Clerk will provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources Coordinator.
He/She will assist with all the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department.
SALARY:
Negotiated Salary as Approved by the Board of Education.
